MATERIALS
Textile items are made with natural fiber textiles such as linen, silk and cotton. Printed with water-based pigment inks. No additional chemicals are used in the printing or preparation process. We use high quality sewing thread, cotton or silk threads.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Senay Studio pillow covers are washable.
Spot cleaning with cold water. If the stain persists try a touch of phosphate free detergent on the area. Air dry. Iron the pillow cover inside out, while still damp for the best result.
Machine cold wash in gentle cycle using phosphate free detergent. Lay flat to dry. Iron the pillow cover inside out, while still damp for the best result.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) should be returned in its original packaging, unused, in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the purchase.

Deadline
Any order placed after December 15 (Between December 16 and Christmas) will be delivered after Christmas.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days.
Orders purchased between November 15 and January 1 will be accepted until January 10, 2026. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund (if applicable, see Part 1) to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. COD shipments will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns for Senay Studio items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store.
