Shipping & Returns
We currently offer ground delivery throughout Canada and the United States. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks for on-line products that we have in stock. We do not, however, guarantee any time frame and your products may take longer. We ship Canada Post to most North American destinations. If you would like rush delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
While in most cases we are able to ship domestic orders within 10 business days of when the order is placed, we cannot guarantee it. Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. The day your order ships, Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays, does NOT count as a "shipping day". Expedited orders shipping out the same day of order placement must be received no later than 1pm Eastern Standard Time; call for availability.
If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you to advise of revised delivery times.
If you have a special request to ship to another destination, please contact us and we will advise you of shipping charges and try to accommodate you.

** The buyers, are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for international goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research of what the additional cost will be.
All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in its original packaging, unused, in perfect condition with tags attached within 7 days of receiving the purchase;

We do not offer refunds on cut fabric by yard which is why we recommend you order a sample.
For your security, please ship your package with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, USPS Parcel Post) that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of delivery, and retain your receipt – SENAY STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Packages must be sent with freight prepaid. COD SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All special orders, sale items and fabrics are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be authorized on these items. We cannot accept returns for Senay Studio items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store. Requests for returns made more than 7 days following the date of receipt will not be authorized.
