* Ship Date: every Monday and Friday
* Processing Time: processing time may vary based on the type of the item,
2-5 business days (except custom orders and ready to hang canvas orders, processing time is 1-3 weeks)
* Delivery Time: depends on final location and the type of shipment.
* Free Shipping is valid on orders within Canada and to the United States

- Small items that can fit in an envelope will ship regular post and will not include tracking. Parcels too large to fit through a mail slot shipped within Canada will include tracking and insurance. 
- Standard shipping, 2-8 business days

- All orders shipped to United States include tracking and insurance.
- Standard shipping, 2-8 business days

- International Shipping includes tracking number in some countries. 
- Standard shipping, 7-45 business days

* Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays, does NOT count as a "shipping day".

* We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.  

* Buyers are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for international goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research of what the additional cost will be.



All our items are made with love and great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in its original packaging, unused, in perfect condition with tags attached within 14 days of receiving the purchase. (contact us for our shipping address)

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For your security, please ship your package with an insured courier that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of delivery, and retain your receipt – SENAY STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: 
* Custom or personalized orders
* Original Artwork
* Fabrics
* Ready to Hang Canvas
* Digital Artwork / Digital Prints
these items are FINAL SALE, No returns or exchanges will be authorized.
We cannot accept returns for Senay Studio items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store. Requests for returns made more than 14 days following the date of receipt will not be authorized.
